Conditions and delivery and returns

These terms and conditions apply to all personalized orders placed by the customer with bedel.store.

Personalized orders can be placed through:

1) Through the various software offered by bedel.store.

2) Through sama24.nl (“the bedel.store Website”).

3) By uploading digital photo material via memory cards or directly from the phone.

By placing personalized orders, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 1. Definitions

In the General Terms and Conditions Sama24.nl, the following terms have the following meanings:

Engraving: composing a product using bedel.store software

Photo material: the photos provided by the customer.

Photo projects: compiling a photo product using bedel.store’s software.

Article 2. The agreement

2.1 Orders placed via the bedel.store are considered accepted by Sama24.nl after bedel.store has sent a confirmation via email. The customer will also receive a unique order number with which the customer can check the status of the order.

Article 3. Quality, cancellation or return

3.1 A product with photo or engraving is a personalized product that does not make it possible to cancel, change or return an order once placed.

3.2 It is possible that bedel.store are unable to execute an order for technical reasons. In that case, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. In that case, the purchase price will be returned by bedel.store. If the order does not meet the requirements due to a production error, bedel.store will re-execute the order.

3.3 The delivery times indicated by bedel.store are only indicative and cannot be regarded as a final deadline. bedel.store strives to deliver the order within the specified period.

Article 4. Photo material

4.1 The quality of a Photo Order produced by bedel.store depends on the quality of the Photo Material. In principle, the image quality of the prints will not be able to exceed the quality of the original photographic material.

4.2 The client guarantees that the Photo Material offered by him or the processing, editing or reproduction thereof does not infringe (intellectual property) rights of third parties and is not in conflict with any legal regulation, public order, morality or what is otherwise customary in society according to rules of unwritten law. The customer fully indemnifies bedel.store against all possible claims as a result. An order in violation of the above will not be executed by bedel.store.

4.3 If bedel.store or persons working for it reasonably suspect that criminal offences can be observed on Photo Material, a report will be made to the police and the Photo Material will be handed over to the police.

Article 5. Other

5.1 The personal data that the customer makes available to bedel.store when placing the order will be used and stored by bedel.store for identification purposes when delivering it to the home. bedel.store processes personal data in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation, including the GDPR. The customer’s e-mail address will be used to inform about interesting offers. A customer can unsubscribe from this at any time.

5.2 Payment must be made in advance for home delivery of the order. Only when the payment is accepted, the customer’s order will actually be placed with bedel.store.

5.3 bedel.store is not liable for any delay, loss or damage to the orders caused by third parties delivering the order to your home.
